The requirements to retrieve this for your lodge are: The Worshipful Master, 2 Elected Officers, 1-50 year member, 1 member under 21 years of age, and 2 other Brethren for a total of Seven members of your lodge. The Trowel can only move on a Stated Meeting night.
The History of the Traveling Trowel

It originated here at Lodge #132 and is held in honor of Clinton Scott Anderson, a young Master Mason that has been "called from labor" who had suggested the idea of a Traveling Trowel. With the handy work of fellow lodge brothers the Trowel was made and readied for Traveling to other lodges who could meet the requirements.

The first lodge to acheive this was Charity Lodge #30. The picture below shows our lodge brethen retrieving it from them at the Charity Lodge in Washington Indiana.
